Pain Management Skills Classes
Description: Clients learn how to manage pain and how to need less pain medication.  Specific skills and techniques are taught.
When: The classes meet weekly for 4 weeks; each of the 4 sessions is 90 minutes.

Arthritis Support at the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center
When: Fourth Wednesday of the month from 10-11:30am. Group does not meet during the months of June, July, August and December
Where: Lake Oswego Adult Community Center, 505 G Ave. Lake Oswego
Registration: There is no registration required to participate in the group
