Naturopathic Physicians	The Pain Society of Oregon is an approved Provider by the Oregon State Board of Naturopathic Examiners. This program has been approved for 10 continuing education hours.
Nursing	This program meets the Oregon State Board of Nursing‘s requirements for 10 pain management continuing education hours.
Occupational Therapy	This program meets the requirements of the Oregon State Board of Occupational Therapy for 10 continuing education hours.
Pharmacy	This program has been approved by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy for 10 pain management continuing education hours.
Physical Therapy	This program meets the requirements of the Oregon State Board of Physical Therapy for 10 continuing education hours.
Physicians	This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the Joint Sponsorship of Sacred Heart Medical Center and the Pain Society of Oregon. SHMC is accredited by the Oregon Medical Association to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. Sacred Heart Medical Center designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
