marla goldenMarla Golden, D.O.
Dr. Golden is an Osteopathic physician who has a full-time Pain Medicine practice in Jacksonville, Florida.  She also serves as part-time clinical faculty in the Division of Pain Medicine at the University of Florida Health Science Center, Jacksonville campus.  Dr. Golden is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and   completed her specialty of origin training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, Florida. She is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Pain Medicine. 

Her Pain Medicine practice blends traditional and complementary treatments.  She focuses heavily on the use of manual therapy within a comprehensive approach including a brain-based program to effect neuroplastic change, peripheral injection therapy, medication management, nutritional support and movement therapy.

michael moskowitz mdMichael H. Moskowitz, MD, MPH
Dr. Moskowitz is Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Pain Medicine and practices at Bay Area Pain Medical Associates. Dr. Moskowitz has been an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis since 2006.

Dr. Moskowitz has published several peer reviewed journal articles and textbook chapters with a focus upon the role that brain changes play in perpetuating persistent pain states.  In 2007 he pioneered development of treatment  approaches based upon the most advanced scientific principles of brain neuroplasticity and pain.

Dr. Moskowitz is a member of the Educational Council of the National Initiative on Pain Control, a group of the top pain physicians in the country.  Additionally, he is a member of the Examination Council for the American Board of Pain Medicine and the former chairman of the Educational Committee of the American Academy of Pain Medicine. He has also served on the American Academy of Pain Medicine’s Continuing Education Committee, Enduring Materials Committee and chaired the Academy’s Website redesign committee.

Jennifer M. Wagner is the Pain Management Coordinator for the State of Oregon.  Jennifer’s passion for pain management and policy, have led her to take an active role on both the state and national level.  She consults with communities to assist them in developing community based pain initiatives and lectures frequently on a variety of pain management topics.

Jennifer was the recipient of the American Academy of Pain Medicine’s Presidential Commendation in 2010, the Pain Society of Oregon’s 2009 Pioneer in Pain Medicine Award and the American Pain Foundation’s 2008 Presidential Medal of Honor. 

Jennifer served on the Oregon State Board of Nursing for six years and is the primary author of the Oregon State Board of Nursing’s Pain Management Position Statement.  She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Public Policy, Planning and Management and has been a nurse since 1993.
