Chronic Pain Workshops April 5th:

In conjunction with our Chronic Pain Workshops on Sunday, April 5, a second day of courses will be offered geared toward healthcare proffessionals and accreditted for 6.5 CME/CEU hours on Saturday, April 4th. Registration for these courses is $150 early registration and $175 late registration. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

There is no cost to attend the Chronic Pain Workships; however, registration is required. Space is limited to the first 85 registrants. Please fill out and return the registration form by e-mail to conference@painsociety.com, fax it to 345.7301, or mail it to 66 Club Road, Suite 140, Eugene, OR. 97401. You may also register over the phone at 541.345.7300.

Cost

There is no cost to attend this conference; however you must register to attend by fillin out and returning the registration form. Donations are welcome.
