When emotional pain impedes enjoyment of productivity in life, counseling can help.  Whether the pain is from a loss, a stressor, a medical condition or chronic mental illness, psychotherapy can lead to change. 

I work with adults, adolescents, children and their families, often in consult with other medical and social providers.  Support, education and interpretation foster new insights.  Coordinating treatment among all parties, we work together to identify and understand the impediments and work towards resolution.

My training is psychodynamic; my approach eclectic.  I offer both brief and open ended treatment.  Both format and duration and framed by individual needs.

I offer sliding fee scale and am a provider on many insurance panels.  New clients may request a free initial consultation.  Equally, I am available to other professionals for consultation regarding an individual case or broader issues.
