Description of Practice:
Both skillful and compassionate, my bodywork practice integrates several modalities to address pain, whether chronic, injury-induced or psychogenic. Mindful touch, including the use of acupoints, stretches, deep tissue therapy, rocking, and breathing exercises, helps a variety of clients. My practice serves perinatal women; people who are bereaved; chronic and acute pain sufferers; and those who are experiencing serious illness, such as Parkinson’s and cancer. Along with table massage, where I use hot stones, I specialize in aquatic bodywork which is performed in a warm-water pool.
