Description of Practice:

I prefer to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and begin teaching patients tools to manage their pain ASAP. My practice is both a private practice and a skills class for chronic pain patients. The class meets weekly for 6 weeks, then repeats. I use Biofeedback to teach parasympathetic skills in both private practice and class. Cognitive behavior skills are taught and an important focus is flare-up management.
