As a physical therapist, I have over 30 years experience working with a variety of patients. This includes geriatrics and pediatrics (and all ages in between), acute injuries and chronic pain.

My treatment approach is to use gentle manual (hands on) therapy techniques for the spine, joints, muscles tendons and ligaments. This includes craniosacral and osteopathic techniques. Working with each patient, I help them develop exercise and self care programs that can be easily integrated into their daily routines.

My philosophy in both my professional and personal life is that balance in work and play, exercise and rest, stress and relaxation is essential to healing and maintaining well-being.
