Description of Practice:
Progressive Rehabilitation Associates is a free standing outpatient medical rehabilitation company serving patients with chronic pain and acquired brain injury. Individuals are served through CARF accredited day treatment programs as well as single and multi-service outpatient therapies. Our pain team consists of: physicians, psychologists, nurses, physical and occupational therapists who work together collaboratively to deliver high quality health care and rehabilitation services using noninvasive, multi-disciplinary behavioral based treatment. Our brain injury rehabilitation (BIRC) team consists of: physiatrist, neuropsychologists, nurses, speech and language pathologist, occupational and physical therapists.
PRA also provides comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluations and treatment recommendations. Our evaluation team includes: physicians, psychologists, occupational and physical therapists and vocational rehabilitation counselor.
Dr. Lowenstein is the Medical Director of PRA's Pain Management Program and the Pain Management Team Physician.
