Description of Practice:
As a Massage Therapist I combine a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep tissue, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy with self-care, client education and home programs to support the healing process.
As a cardiac nurse I work in a team environment to facilitate the differentiation between gastointestinal, pulmonary or musculoskeletal pain issues from pain related to cardiac pathology. Patient education, self-care and home programs are an important part of my role as a nurse.
