Pharmaceutical and surgical approaches are often very appropriate for pain and discomfort. However, many conditions respond just as well or better to massage therapy. Bruce W. Schaefer, LMT feels that, if effective, a non-invasive approach to pain and other conditions is always preferable. This philosophy is what constantly drives Bruce to seek out, study, and learn additional treatment systems and techniques to give his clients safe, effective alternatives.

Bruce integrates modern and traditional approaches to help clients with acute and chronic pain and other conditions. To bring about the most profound, positive effects of massage therapy, Bruce uses deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, cupping, and post-isometric relaxation techniques.
