Description of Practice:
The foundations of my practice are built on the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  I offer patients a holistic approach to regaining and maintaining good health through exercise, diet, massage, acupuncture, moxa, cupping, herbal medicine and personal health coaching.  Sports injuries and emotional imbalances are my work’s areas of primary concentration, yet I enthusiastically receive patients with health concerns in all areas of internal disharmony.  My ability to treat with acupuncture is strengthened by more than twenty-five years of Sports Massage and Thai Massage Therapy experience.  Additionally, I employ the use of kinesio taping modality in treatment of sports and occupational injuries.  This modality allows for enhanced success during the rehabilitation process, and a quicker return to competition for the athlete.
