Description of Practice:
My practice over the past twenty-five years has come to be largely focused on pain syndromes and functional disorders of the organ systems. I have a special interest in musculoskeletal and myofascial pain, sports injuries, neurological and inflammatory pain, as well as painful gynecological or digestive syndromes. I combine traditional and modern approaches to treatment using acupuncture, Chinese herbs, as well as dietary therapy in an individualized approach for each person's case. I have experience and enjoy working collaboratively with other practitioners on difficult and unusual cases and I look forward to doing more of it with my colleagues in the Pain Society of Oregon.
