Description of Practice:
I enjoy helping my acute and chronic pain clients reduce their pain by restoring their body's balance. The focus of my practice includes using Swedish massage, deep tissue myofascial release, lymphatic massage, trigger point, visceral massage, craniosacral and the Berry Method (soft tissue work to restore postural balance) to help my clients recover from their injuries and reduce their pain.
My practice includes working with athletes, dancers, motor vehicle accident injuries and pre and post surgical massage. I use lymphatic massage to reduce edema for clients suffering from diabetes and clients recovering from cancer surgery or edema from trauma to the body.
